The fastest way to confidently improve your facilitation skills is through facilitation practice and feedback! Our Facilitation Essentials programme provides a solid foundation in the key knowledge and skills needed to guide a group effectively. Beyond this, significant growth in facilitation skills increases when you begin to apply knowledge in practice. Facilitation is an embodied art, and the best way to master it is through hands-on experience!

Our trainers, who are also highly experienced facilitators, lead a programme that offers participants a valuable opportunity to:

Form a Learning Community: Apply your skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Facilitate: Each participant will lead a 20-minute task (provided before the training day) and guide a group to achieve it.
Receive Detailed Feedback: Get insights from Kinharvie's expert trainers and fellow participants.
Observe Other Facilitators: Learn from diverse facilitation approaches
Strategic Reflection: Plan your future facilitation development.

All the materials needed by participants to facilitate effectively will be provided at the start of the day.
